All those plants (all good choices) are water column feeders so the soil as nice as it is is totally useless along with about 95% of al other plants. Amazon swords are an example of a root feeder and would love the soil.
Zoo-med is a great light, i prefer the zoo-med flora-sun as it grows plants very well and the tank is light with a more redish purple but very high clarity light versus a greeny light like the one your going to buy.

try sand instead of the soil if you want an alternative
and get a light timer and set it for about 10 hours.
